Old North Original Farmhouse

About This Project

Built in 1890, this stately 3-storey red-brick home was the original farmhouse to this Old North London area. The home was severely neglected, leaving it in a state of disrepair, a shadow of it’s former self. Grant performed a complete restoration of the property being careful to maintain original features such as stained glass windows, original moldings and select sections of the home’s more formal original layout. At the same time, the home has been brought forward into the 21st century with modern and luxurious finishes, from fun and funky wallpapers and spacious spa-inspired baths to an expertly outfitted kitchen nothing short of a chef’s dream.
