About This Project
The exterior of this Cape Cod North London Ontario residence was given a complete facelift with a new roof, soffit and fascia, new cedar siding, windows and doors (including the garage door). The only original feature left in tact was the stone surrounding the windows, and yet, it was important to Grant that the home retain its charm and historic authenticity.
Grant also extensively renovated the interior of the home, creating a more open floor plan to suit today’s lifestyle, while maintaining the integrity of the home’s original character.
